Stefs Pet Pantry was founded in 2016 by Stef and her partner, Will, after seeing first-hand the incredible difference that raw feeding made to their Labrador, Skye. That transformation inspired a mission — to make natural, high-quality pet food accessible and affordable for every pet parent, no matter their budget.
From the very beginning, Stef has believed that every animal deserves species-appropriate nutrition — whether you share your home with dogs, cats, ferrets, tropical fish, snakes, or rabbits. Her goal has always been to be a voice for the voiceless, demanding better standards, better transparency, and better health for our pets. That same determination and passion still drive everything we do today.
We’re proud to remain an independent, family-run business, led by Stef and Will alongside a small, dedicated team who work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.
What started as a local raw food delivery service in Yorkshire has grown far beyond expectations. Today, Stefs Pet Pantry delivers across much of the UK and now proudly operates a second branch in Mallusk, Northern Ireland — bringing our award-winning service and natural nutrition to even more pets and their families.
With a thriving superstore, and main hub in Bingley, plus our brand-new Northern Ireland hub, Stefs Pet Pantry continues to grow while staying true to its roots: community, education, and compassion.

“My journey with raw feeding began with my Labrador, Skye. She was nine years old at the time and struggling badly with arthritis and spondylosis of the spine — a degenerative condition that left her in constant pain and barely able to move.
She’d been on every pain medication the vet could offer and fed what I thought were the ‘best’ kibbles (I just didn’t know better then). When the pain relief stopped working, I was faced with an impossible decision — to let her go, or to try something different.
Heartbroken, I turned to the internet in search of a miracle and stumbled across raw feeding, often called the BARF diet (Biologically Appropriate Raw Food). The incredible transformations I read about gave me hope, so I decided to learn everything I could.
After devouring books and research, I started making my own meals from scratch. It was messy, time-consuming, and far from glamorous — especially with ten dogs to feed — but I was determined to get it right. Slowly, I began to see changes in Skye that I could hardly believe.
Her movement improved. Her energy returned. And, for the first time in years, she was free from pain.
Skye went on to live a vibrant, happy life for another seven years, crossing the rainbow bridge just shy of her 16th birthday.
Raw feeding truly was our miracle, and it completely changed my outlook on pet nutrition. That experience became the inspiration behind Stefs Pet Pantry — to make raw feeding simple, accessible, and convenient for every pet owner, no matter where they are.
Because every pet deserves the chance to thrive — just like Skye did.
And as for what the future holds? Well, that’s a very exciting question indeed.” 🐾
